Enrico Perinelli

Enrico Perinelli is a Researcher in Tenure Track at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science, University of Trento, where Perinelli has been employed since 2024, following positions as Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Researcher at the same institution. Perinelli received a PhD in Personality and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome in 2018, an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Bologna in 2013, and a Laurea Triennale from the University of L'Aquila in 2010. Perinelli's research spans organizational psychology, personality development, and computational approaches to psychological assessment, with particular expertise in network psychometrics, intensive longitudinal data analysis, and machine learning applications to understanding well-being, burnout, self-esteem, and trauma-related psychological difficulties. Recent scholarly work includes investigations of student-teacher relationships, school loneliness, psychological capital development, borderline personality disorder, work-related stress and overcommitment, emotion regulation, and structural validity of psychological measures.
