Quassim Cassam

Quassim Cassam is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Warwick, a position held since 2009. Cassam studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford, going on to complete a B.Phil. and D.Phil. in Philosophy there, and subsequently held positions at Oxford, University College London, and the University of Cambridge, where Cassam served as Knightbridge Professor of Philosophy. Cassam's published work spans epistemology, self-knowledge, and the philosophy of mind, including books on the possibility of knowledge and vices of the mind, as well as more recent work on extremism, radicalization, and epistemic injustice in the context of vaccine hesitancy.
