Justin Jones is a Research Specialist at NCITE, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a postdoctoral research associate in Management at the University of Florida, where Jones also holds an honorary research fellowship at the University of Exeter. Jones completed a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia in 2023, following a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and undergraduate study at Quinnipiac University. Jones's research applies quantitative methods and computational social science to questions of team and multiteam system functioning, including how leadership operates across interteam contexts, how team membership changes over time, and how these dynamics relate to organizational performance in complex environments. At NCITE, this work extends into the study of terrorism and violent extremism, with additional projects addressing leadership, lethality, and multilevel modeling.
