Justin Jones is a post-doctoral research associate in Management at the University of Florida and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, positions held since 2023 and 2022 respectively. Jones completed a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia in 2023, following a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University. At NCITE, University of Nebraska at Omaha, Jones applies quantitative research methodology and computational social science to questions of leadership, violent extremism, and terrorism. Published work by Jones spans team membership change, functional leadership in interteam contexts, multiteam systems in spaceflight, and the use of network approaches to study how teams operate within complex organizational structures.
