Ronald Musizvingoza holds a PhD in Sociology from Bursa Uludağ University, Turkey, and a BSc Honours in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe, where he also worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research. Musizvingoza is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the International Institute for Global Health at the United Nations University, a position held since 2021, and is affiliated with the United Nations University Institute Macau. Research interests span quantitative and computational methods applied to demography, migration, gender, and health, with published work covering topics such as digital poverty, the digital gender gap in healthcare, maternal health service utilization in Africa, and demographic analysis of COVID-19 data.
