John Horgan

John Horgan is a Professor in the Global Studies Institute and Department of Psychology at Georgia State University, a position held since 2015. Horgan's research addresses terrorism, political violence, extremism, and ideology, including work on what has been termed salad bar extremism, a concept concerning how individuals selectively adopt elements from different ideological frameworks.
